In this case the reference does not seem to be a  bug, since the crystal
structure was published alongside
the publication about pyrhotite (doi: 10.1107/S0108768110011845). Please
correct me if I misunderstood

That was indeed a mistake and I have corrected it.

This seems to have been a much deeper issue. but I have corrected it.
The space group, lattice parameters and the atomic coordinates have been
changed due to the structure being originally uploaded in a different space
group setting than the one described in the original publication ("-P 2ybc"
instead of "-P 2yn"). Some additional pieces of information like the R
factor
and the anisotropic parameter values have also been added.
