[Cod-bugs] problems with COD website

Dear COD developers,

Recently I've encountered some problems accessing the COD website, and
thought you might want to be aware of these issues.

First, the security certificate appears to be invalid and so browsers raise
a warning when accessing COD through https. Second, when searching COD with
https, the links to download cif files do not work because they point to an
https url instead of an http url.
