[Cod-bugs] problem in importing COD repositories using SVN

Dear Ramamohan,

the COD SVN repository is world readable, that is, it can be downloaded by
anyone without requiring a login or a password.
The issue is most likely caused by the TortoiseSVN client application,
however, this is not something we can advise you on
since we normally use the command-line version of the SVN client.
