I would like to know, if it is possible to install the complete cod-tools or just the pycodcif module on a machine running on macOS 10.15.1? Many thanks in advance, Louis -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Methods to install the cod-tools are described in our Wiki page [1]. For macOS most likely you will have to build the cod-tools from the source. I haven't tried this myself, but I suppose it should be possible. I would happily help you should any problems arise during the build. Python package pycodcif alone can be installed from Python Package Index (PyPI). People have confirmed this works on macOS. Hope this helps, Andrius [1] https://wiki.crystallography.net/cod-tools/ On 2019-11-26 17:18, Doctor, Louis-Philip wrote: > > ??Dear cod developers, > > > I am sorry to contact you via your bugs-email, though I don't know how > else I can contact you. I have fixed and uploaded pycodcif v2.6.0.1 to PyPI. Please try installing it. Best wishes, Andrius On 2019-11-27 10:03, Doctor, Louis-Philip wrote: > > Dear Andrius, > > > thanks for your reply.
