[Cod-bugs] Download using subversion or rsync not working

Hi there,

I've been trying to download the COD using the instructions at
https://wiki.crystallography.net/howtoobtaincod/.

mkdir -p cif; rsync -av --delete rsync://www.crystallography.net/cif/ cif/
gives:
rsync: failed to connect to www.crystallography.net (193.219.81.210):
Connection refused (111)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(125)
[Receiver=3.1.2]

while
svn co svn://www.crystallography.net/cod
gives:

svn: E000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn://
www.crystallography.net/cod'
svn: E000111: Can't connect to host 'www.crystallography.net': Connection
refused

I'll try the final option now. A direct download...
