[Cod-bugs] Raman Database

I am writing to you with regards to the Raman database that we have found
at: https://solsa.crystallography.net/rod/index.php

We were wondering if this database is accessible via a single file and
whether you can share this file with us.  We are currently pursuing a
machine learning project and your dataset looks like what we need for this
project.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance with this that you can provide.
