[Cod-bugs] TCOD OPTIMADE API returns no data

Hi COD Team,

Just forwarding an issue raised on the matsci forums:

https://matsci.org/t/the-data-block-is-empty/40477/2

It seems that the TCOD OPTIMADE API returns an empty "data" key, even when
it reports that data was returned for a given filter, for example:
https://www.crystallography.net/tcod/optimade/structures?filter=elements%20HAS%20%22C%22
