Dear Matt Goldberg,

Recently we were having some troubles with our MySQL server so you might
have
encountered a transient error. I have tried running the command that you
provided
and it seems to work as expected. Could you try rerunning the command?

Alternatively, your firewall settings might be blocking the MySQL
connections on port 3306.
Are you able to connect to any other remote MySQL server? Some institutions
tend to
be cautious and block this port by default. If you suspect that this might
be the case,
please check with your IT admin.

Sincerely,
Antanas Vaitkus
