[Cod-bugs] Question about Parameters

Dear Sam,

The fields in the CSV file correspond to the fields of the 'data' table
from the COD SQL database. The 'data' table fields are described in detail
in the following XML file:
https://www.crystallography.net/cod/xml/documents/database-description/database-description.xml
