[Cod-bugs] A bug about cod-tools

Dear Hu Jinbin,

could you please specify exactly which operating system setup (if under 
a virtual machine (VM): specify if you use Windows Subsytem for Linux 
WSL, Virtual Box, etc.) and which version of the OS (if under VM – host 
and guest OS versions) you use?
