Requests seem to be permanently stuck in the queue. I wonder if this is a result of an unusually high traffic on the site, or there is some technical issue involved? COD is an invaluable resource in our research, so it is a shame it does not work recently. Unfortunately, our system does not kill such jobs, and they block the queue (this needs to be fixed, for sure).\ I'll look at the server and let you know what the situation is and when it works again.
