[Cod-bugs] queue issue

Hello,

For the last couple of weeks it seems to be impossible to retrieve any results from COD (using JSME substructure search). Requests seem to be permanently stuck in the queue.
I wonder if this is a result of an unusually high traffic on the site, or there is some technical issue involved?
COD is an invaluable resource in our research, so it is a shame it does not work recently.
