[Cod-bugs] [EXTERNAL] Re: problem with account validation

This is most likely a technical issue on our side (unless the email ended up in the SPAM folder
or was silently refused by your university email service provider).

I will send you a new email with instructions shortly.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find an email in my quarantine or SPAM folder.

Were you able to get a new email with instructions sent out? If so I am also not able to see it. Should I contact my IT people to see if its a problem on our end?
