[Cod-bugs] error during CIF deposition

Dear Sir/Madum,

I'm Shin-ichiro Noro of Hokkaido University, Japan.
I tried to deposit my CIF file, [Cu(CF3SO3)2(bpp)2]_response_250227.cif,
to COD for the first time.
When the CIF was deposited, the following error occurred.

cif-deposit.pl: Can't create session: Unable to connect to a repository at
URL
'svn://localhost/cod/cif/3/00/05': Can't connect to host 'localhost':
Connection refused

Could you tell me how to treat this error?
