This is OK. I'll figure out and add the header myself.

Yes, in many cases publishers no longer provide first_page-last_page 
metadata, instead they gibe just article_id and possibly page_count.

For now, we'll add article ID as the first page. The page count, while 
occasionally useful, is not crucial for COD IMHO, so we can skip it for now.
