Hello Saulius

I have done some tests on some of the entries with article title issues. The ones I checked do appear to have titles. I will try to get the corrections to you quite soon.

I have notices problems with a number of the dois. My scripts appear to have problems containing any if characters: <>()

I can see how these characters might give problems in a Unix environment. But I assume I should be able to fix the problems. Having said that I am a bit surprised that these characters are allowed in valid dois!

I vaguely recall mentioning this earlier. I do, in fact use Crossref. I did not get blocked by CrossRef generating the lists I sent to you. I fired off individual DOI search requests sequentially with no delay between request. As I recall each request takes a bit less than .5 seconds.

I extract target DOIs from the database process for use on our CrystalWorks server. I will check out the no journal title issue. My scripts are a bit tangled but I will try to tidy things up and possibly pass on details.

Let's go for that – if you could get info about COD entries without titles (actually, paper titles, not journal names), that would be a big help!
