<p class="MsoPlainText">Currently we are unable to process COD records due to the formatting of the Author tags. As you can see in the example below the fields are swapped around and the Forename is in the Surname field and vice versa, however this only occurs
in some files but it is in the correct order for the other files. Our system only allows us to map the authors one way, therefore for some files the author names are in the incorrect order.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">If we were to process the records as they are, it would affect citation link within Web of Science as well as Citation count.
