        pip3, but it failed to build the wheel as well as to include the

        file <span style="font-variant-ligatures: no-common-ligatures">cif2_grammar.tab.h</span>.

        I also tried to install pycodcif from source, what generated a

        similar error that the <span style="font-variant-ligatures:

          no-common-ligatures">cif2_grammar.tab.h</span> file was not

        found.<br>
