other content of your deposition. Your should be able to update
your deposited entries in the following way:</div>

<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.crystallography.net/cod">https://www.crystallography.net/cod</a> web site;</div>

<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- select "Manage depositions" option on
the left of the page (under the "Add your data" tab);</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- log in with your deposition user name
and password;</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- select the "View your deposition"
action;</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- click on the link with the structure
that you want to update (e.g. "3000399"); you should get the
review of the structure page with the additional "Update" option;<br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- click the "Update" link;</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- wait for the "Edit" button to appear;
click on "Edit"<br>

<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- you will now get an editor page where
you can edit the uploaded CIF; the author list should be on the
top. Don't forget to write a log message explaining what your edit
is about (e.g. "Adding the remaining structure authors");</div>

</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- click the "Save and check" button;</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">- when the the check is complete and <i>if</i>
all checks pass, you can click on "Update" or "Update all valid
files" on the result page. Just adding the authors should not
invalidate your otherwise fine CIF, but keep the syntax right!</div>

<div class="moz-cite-prefix">The updated file will get a new
revision with your changes.</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix"><br>
</div>
<div class="moz-cite-prefix">Please try this procedure; do not
hesitate to e-mail me (or cod-bugs@...) if there are any problems,
or you need advice with the CIF syntax.</div>

does not work, we will help you to fix your record directly in the
database, but this is usually the last resort action :).</div>
