[TCOD] SAUC database with COD cells

Dear Saulius,

  If you would like to set up your server to include this database, I would
be happy to help you get it installed.  It fits most naturally in a
multi-core linux system.  The multiple cores are not needed to do the
searches but they are important to keep the database build time
reasonable.
