[Cod-bugs] Issue Accessing COD Database Website

Dear Giulia,

the COD is currently undergoing some technical difficulties and it is not
yet clear when the full functionality will be restored. In the meantime,
you can access the data in the following COD mirror:

https://qiserver.ugr.es/cod/

Please note, that you will not be able to commit your data until the
main COD server is restored.
